L'Embellie short-sleeved shirt from upcycled silk scarves in medium size, loose fit.
Our summery Chemisettes are made from upcycled vintage silk scarves and buttons.
Each scarves are hand cut one by one following a couture technique that allows to cut delicate fabrics with the minimum loss of fabric possible, and all sewn by the same worker from start to finish in the spirit of a more traditional craft that we wish to pursue.
Each piece is one-of-a-kind, as is each scarf, with possible variations in thickness and flaws inherent to the age/ of the silk. Thus you may find imperfections here and there, we believe this is part of the beauty of the piece.

The Chemisettes come in LOOSE (M) and OVERSIZED (L). They are unisex and range from 36 to 40 in European sizing.
Finding your correct size depends on the fit you prefer : adjusted yet flowy or purposely over sized.
